Where and how is your jewelry made?

Everything we sell in store is made by hand, either in our atelier at Rue Antoine Dansaert or in the artist’s own workshop.

What happens if the jewelry of my dreams is no longer available?

All pieces are made-to-order. This means that all items in store can always be made available. However, we can't always promise this, as some artists use special materials as part of small limited collections. When a piece you like is sold out, we recommend getting in touch with us, so we can explore what's possible.

PAYMENTS

Which means of payment are accepted?

You can pay using Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.

Are payments secure?

We use an SSL certificate on our website to ensure that all card purchases made with us are secure as possible. This means that your information is passed through a secure connection, so your card details cannot be read by external parties.

DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery for all orders above €200. All orders that do not reach the free shipping threshold will be subject to additional delivery costs. The exact amount will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Can my order be delivered abroad?

Yes, we deliver to Belgium, France, Germany, The Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Do you like elsewhere and would like to order a non ordinary piece? Send us an email. We'd love to help!

How long does the delivery take?

As all pieces are made-to-order, please allow two weeks between your order and the delivery of your package. In case it takes longer than expected, we will contact you immediately. 

For bespoke jewelry pieces, you will need to be a little bit more patient. The delivery time will depend on the complexity of your piece. We estimate a lead time of 3-4 weeks.

How do I follow the delivery of my order?

Once your order is sent, you will receive an email with the tracking link, so you can follow the journey of your parcel in real time. If you need more information, you can always get in touch with us by mail.

Orders & Returns

Can I place an order as a professional?

That is totally possible. Please mention your VAT number when you make your first order. We will then create an invoice for you. In the future, your business details will be automatically linked to your account, so you will no longer have to provide it again.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Of course. You will get an order confirmation by mail after checkout.

What if I didn't get an order confirmation?

We recommend checking your spam folder. Probably your confirmation mail is just hiding there! If you still don't see it, get in touch. We'd love to help.

Can I change my mind about my order?

You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange the item(s). The package must be returned in perfect condition. Please note that made-to-order pieces are also not eligible for a return or exchange.

How can I return my order?

To return an item, you can either bring the item back in store or you can send us back the item by post at your own cost. You can find our contact details and our opening hours here.
