Shipping & Returns
NOJ delivers to Belgium, France, Germany, The Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Do you live elsewhere and would like to order a non ordinary piece? Send us an email.
We offer free delivery for all orders above €200. All orders that do not reach the free shipping threshold will be subject to additional delivery costs. The exact amount will be clearly indicated at checkout.
As all pieces are made-to-order, please allow two weeks between your order and the delivery of your package. In case it takes longer than expected, we will contact you immediately. For bespoke jewelry pieces, you will need to be a little bit more patient. The delivery time will depend on the complexity of your piece. We estimate a lead time of 3-4 weeks. Once your order is sent, you will receive an email with the tracking link, so you can follow the journey of your parcel in real time. If you need more information, you can always get in touch with us.
While we do our best to make sure your shipment arrives in time, NOJ is not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
Return & Exchange Policy
If something isn’t quite right with your online order, you have 14 calendar days to return or exchange the article(s).
You may use our withdrawal form or send us an email with the following information:
- Order number
- Information about the article(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return or exchange
You can either bring the item(s) back in store or you can send us back the item(s) by post at your own cost. You can find our contact details and our opening hours here.
Please make sure that the item(s) are in perfect condition and must be returned in their original packaging. Once your return has been received and deemed suitable for resale, we will proceed to either carry out a refund or an exchange. The refund will be carried out by bank transfer within 30 days.
NOJ does not allow for refunds or exchanges in the following situations:
- Damaged article(s) with signs of wear & tear, scratches, or items which have been visibly worn
- Incomplete article(s)
- Article(s) are missing their original packaging
- Article(s) for which it is difficult or even impossible to sell
Additionally, all made-to-order pieces and bespoke requests are not eligible for a return or exchange.
If 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
